Well up at 5 AM this morning to start back at my morning job...ah nothing changes! HAHA

Had quite a busy day yesterday 3 friends over and went to hardware store later in the day...didn't have what i was looking for!

Then last night we had the priest over for a BBQ and to watch the tennis,
and Lleyton Hewitt really didn't play well enough to beat Marat Safin

Had Pyhsio9 this morning ..my shoulder is much better

well a busy day for me

up early and did some painting,washing cleaned the house


painting involved 3 coats of paint on parts of the fence


Saw the movie Alexander tonight i enjoyed it,so did the other 2 guys i went with. Regardless of the reviews i recommend anyone to see it!

Friday 28/01

Gee friday already ..the week has flown past..lol must be because i'm happily back at work!

not doing much today just some shopping and odd bits hanging around

i think i'll stay home tonight and rest

stayed up late last night watching the tennis and really either player deserved to win ..but
Marat Safin beat Roger Federer last night

tonight will be interesting between Hewitt and Roddick

Gee 2 days back at work and a Public holiday :)

just busy painting today and a few minor jobs around the house as it's still a bit warm

I may go to the beach later this evening if it stays warm not sure!

Strange sometimes we get sooo bored we can't be bothered to do anything!

well i guess it's up to the indivual to motivate themselves....i know some who will never move HAHA

Had Physio this morning ,i must ask why it hurts more later in the day!

quite warm again so the painting waits yet another day:p

sounds a bit like my life is about to become HUMDRUM again with work:(

Sat was soo busy

washing/cleaning:(

2 coats of paint on the fence

picked up a friend from the airport took him out for dinner back home for coffee and gossip:))

then i took him home and now i'm off to bed!

well this'll be me soon:p having a spot of trouble blogging at the moment so i'll be taking it easy for a bit:)

Visited my dad today and did a couple of hours work there then came home and worked and did a little shopping and now i'm going to relax:)

Had an early Physio appointment today all is going well :)

Just organising stuff for tomorrow to do a few things at Dad's when i visit

Also tonight i'll start painting the fence posts and rails so the 2nd fix can be ASAP

So i'll be a little busy for a day or 2

Well Sunday again, I'm going out for lunch today with some of my family ,other than that very little doing today

Yesterday was fairly busy, Up early as i had a 5 hour cooking effort to do ( yes i like homemade preserves)
having a new fence across the front of the house so the old one had to be removed YAH!
and the normal bull shit domestic crap...washing /cleaning ect

Late last night i and my friend went to Semaphore to see what was going on there at the greek Festival ( won't go again) and did a bit of scouting after HAHA

later fans :p

Damn pity i'm never driving on the right road!Well that's enough for today i guess you'll all want to "study" the picture,so i'll leave you till tomorrow! HAHA

not much to report here other than a little story i read ,which i'll paste here on theend

spose to have a bit of rain today but i don't think so feels like another HOT day to me :(

if so i'll take my handsome body to the beach HAHA may go out tonight to my friends place not too sure yet

Wed up early and did gardening and stuff ;)
physio at 11 and have an interesting exercise which involves a piece of rubber
(nope not leather)

rested in the afternoon after going to water my friends plants

and went to Bunnings late with my friend but the shop was shut HAHA

today i have washed my car and watered some plants and really intend to do very little all day from here on!

Tuesday

Soo hot here like 40C

had a mate over yesterday and moved stuff around the house but i hate the heat and have to nurse my shoulder so not a lot happening here

popped down the beach late in the day with a friend and wwent for a swim the good ole Hungry Jacks for tea....oh well 1st time for about 4 or 5 months!

AND to annonamous reader i am NOT bad ...just trying to be :))

Well not much doing here

Stayed home last night and watched a DVD a mate lent me called "Coming Undone"

a good French movie *wink wink* try to see it

Going out for tea tonight and probably home in time to see Canivale on ABC it has me intrigued now

Getting warm again so probably go to the beach during the week but i'll look for sharks 1st hehe

A family took their frail, elderly mother to a nursing home and left her, hoping she would be well cared for. Had the xrays and scanns of my shoulder today and the results are....

a thickening of the SA/SD bursacausing symptomatic abduction impingement

treatment..... The patient should benifit from an intrabursal steriod injection

I'll keep my hordes of fans posted!

BUSY BUSY

sooo busy this morning

had tyo make an appointment to see my Dr

visit Dad ( who is well!) then to my Dr at 11.30 got in at 12.40!

having xrays and ultrasounds scans of my shoulder tomorrow

then to department stores and supermarket ...

think i'll relax for the rest of the day haha

Had a coyuple of friends over today and one brought his dog with him....very hard to take a photo of her always wanted to look in the wrong direction

i had a fairly quiet day/night....

a few phone calls of good wishes ect! and watched a movie at home then went to Semaphore for the midnight fireworks ect
