BUSY BUSY
sooo busy this morning
had tyo make an appointment to see my Dr
visit Dad ( who is well!) then to my Dr at 11.30 got in at 12.40!
having xrays and ultrasounds scans of my shoulder tomorrow
then to department stores and supermarket ...
think i'll relax for the rest of the day haha
