oops missed again yesterday!

ok Monday Physio after my morning shift, then i had to sleep, as i had 2 hours Sun night After lunch i painted the new ceiling and all the normal things ya do!

Tuesday i slept a bit then gave the ceiling the 2nd coat , rang my old friend as he'd had eye surgery on Monday, went to my friens psycho and then work again :(
